Our Story
Green Hills Grille proves that dining doesn’t have to be pretentious. Located south of downtown Nashville, the restaurant is a both local hangout and a destination of choice for those visiting the Green Hills neighborhood. A beloved Nashville go-to spot for 20 years, the original Green Hills Grille closed in 2008 but was reopened in 2015 by restauranteur Steven Smithing. Its California-revival casual, but classic, high-quality fare make GHG excellent for any occasion. First dates, anniversaries, family gatherings, weekend brunches, or simply a good meal are all reasons to visit Green Hills Grille. A full bar adjoins the 175-seat restaurant and 40-seat patio, offering the usual standbys and handcrafted cocktails.
